Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SoftLit Studio, we strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Payments made through our payment gateway are generally non-refundable, except in the following situations:
    a. If your card or bank account is charged multiple times due to a technical error.
    b. If your account is charged an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error. In such cases, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded.

    To request a refund, the customer must submit a written application along with the transaction number and the original payment receipt (if available).

  2. Non-Refund Situations
    SoftLit Studio will not be responsible for failed payment transactions if any of the following occur:
    a. Payment instructions provided are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed.
    b. Insufficient funds or limits in your payment account.
    c. Funds in your account are under any restriction or legal hold.
    d. Your bank or the NCC delays or refuses to honor the payment.
    e. Circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, bank strikes, power failures, technical breakdowns, or interference from external forces.
    f. If the payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you will be notified via email.

  3. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes, claims, or controversies related to this policy or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Such proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and will not be combined with any other party’s claims.
